Our Client, an expanding Group of Companies, is currently looking for a Human Resources Manger to join their management team. The organization is highly diversified and the challenge lies in anticipating the changing needs of the organization to strengthen their position in the marketplace, which is dynamic and aggressive.
To establish and manage a human resources department.
To oversee administration of hire, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies.
Development and administration of personnel rules and regulations.
Pay and classification structure.
Programs for employee training, safety, health, and morale.
Make regular reports to Chief Executive Officer.
On a regular and continuous basis, exercise administrative judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, results, and consequences.
Plan and direct the activities of the department.
A Bachelors degree, or preferably a Masters degree, in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Over 6 years experience in Human Resources, in an industrial environment, with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
Thorough knowledge of U.A.E. laws affecting human resources administration.
Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Arabic language is considered an asset.
