||An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to work for a leading Vertical Transportation and Elevator company within their operations in South East Asia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and Managing quality processes for new installation and modernization projects within the region.
Coordinating service support for regional departments.
Providing workshops throughout the region for quality service; developing strategies with both Technical and Management staff on how to implement plans to cope with key issues faced.
Implementing KPIs for staff on all jobsites and constantly strive to increase customer satisfaction.
Managing all operations for key projects - this will involve transition from previous incumbent service providers to yours as well as overseeing all financial and administrative operations.
Developing proven maintenance practices for various types of Vertical Transportation technologies.
Implementing a Store Management system to meet spare parts availability requirements for various types of equipment.
You should have extensive experience working within a Project/Operational Management role preferably within the Vertical Transportation/Elevator industry.
Experience of working Overseas or within the Asia Pacific region is advantageous.
You should have had Large and High Rise Project experience.
You should have worked within a construction focused environment previously.
Experience of working within a multicultural team is a must and experience of developing junior staff members is preferable.
You should come from a strong Technical/Engineering background and the relative knowledge and skills.

Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 per annum
